Adrian Sacher, MD, MMSc, FRCPC, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto, Canada, discusses the crowded exon 20 insertion space in lung cancer, which now includes antibodies, tyrosine kinase inhibitors and antibody-drug conjugates. Dr Sacher explores the challenge of deciding which treatment to use in the first-line setting and how to sequence subsequent lines of therapy, highlighting the importance of comparative studies going forward to assist in these decisions. This interview took place at the 2026 European Lung Cancer Congress in Copenhagen, Denmark.
