Bishoy Faltas, MD, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, NY, the CLONEVO trial (NCT03837821), evaluating short-term pre-operative abemaciclib in cisplatin-ineligible patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). Treatment led to encouraging rates of pathologic response and ctDNA clearance, with modulation of key proliferation and DNA repair pathways. This interview took place at American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2025 in Chicago, IL.
