Rafael Grochot, MD, Sarah Cannon Research Institute, London, UK, describes a Phase I/II study (NCT05573126) of EP0062 (vosilasarm), a first-in-class oral selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), combined with standard-of-care endocrine therapy in patients with advanced or metastatic AR+/ER+/HER2− breast cancer. Three cohorts will combine vosilasarm with elacestrant, exemestane plus everolimus, or fulvestrant plus abemaciclib, targeting post-menopausal patients who have received prior CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy.
