ESMO 2024 | Phase I trial of IMA401, a MAGEA4/8-directed T cell receptor bispecific in solid tumors

Anna Maria Di Giacomo, MD, University Hospital of Siena, Siena, Italy, comments on initial data from an ongoing Phase I trial (NCT05359445) of IMA401, a MAGEA4/8-directed T cell receptor bispecific, in patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors. Initial responses were reported and IMA401 demonstrated manageable tolerability, with the most common adverse events being lymphopenia and cytokine release syndrome (CRS). This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
