ASCO 2025 | LOXO-RAS-20001: olomorasib and pembrolizumab in KRAS G12Cm NSCLC

Alexander Spira, MD, PhD, FACP, FASCO, NEXT Oncology Virginia, Fairfax, VA, discusses updated findings from the LOXO-RAS-20001 trial (NCT04956640) of olomorasib with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment in patients with KRAS G12C-mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination showed manageable safety and promising clinical activity across all PD-L1 expression levels. Most adverse events were liver enzyme elevations and gastrointestinal symptoms, which were generally resolved with dose modifications. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
