Umang Swami, MD, MS, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, gives an overview of the Phase II PRO-XL trial (NCT06568562), which investigates zanzalintinib in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) following progression on 177Lu-PSMA-617. Zanzalintinib aims to counteract angiogenesis and resistance mechanisms in radiation-resistant tumors, and the study will assess disease control at 16 weeks, along with safety, tolerability, and PSA response. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
