ASCO GI 2025 | Future OrigAMI studies into amivantamab treatment for mCRC
Kanwal Pratap Singh Raghav, MBBS, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, provides insight into future studies assessing amivantamab in colorectal cancer. The OrigAMI-2 trial (NCT06662786) will explore the effectiveness of first-line amivantamab in left-sided RAS/RAF wild type (WT) metastatic colorectal cancer, whereas the OrigAMI-3 trial (NCT06750094) will compare the use of amivantamab alongside chemotherapy versus cetuximab or bevacizumab with chemotherapy in the second-line setting. This interview took place at the ASCO GI Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
