ESMO WCGIC 2023 | The advantages of establishing national and international GI registries

Dirk Arnold, MD, PhD, Asklepios Tumorzentrum Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany, comments on the benefits of setting up registries for gastrointestinal (GI) tumors. These registries enable the formation of numerous clinical trials, such as ones that aim to evaluate the best medical care for patients with liver metastases and colorectal cancer. This interview took place at the ESMO World Congress on Gastrointestinal Cancer (WCGIC) 2023 in Barcelona, Spain.
