Judith Paice, PhD, RN, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, IL, explains a recently published paper outlining recommendations for how to improve palliative care access worldwide. Dr Paice talks on the importance of nurses in palliative care, but also on the importance of multidisciplinary cooperation among healthcare professionals as well as policy makers. This interview took place at the virtual 2022 International Conference on Cancer Nursing (ICCN).
