Neal Shore, MD, FACS, Carolina Urologic Research Center, Myrtle Beach, SC, discusses real-world outcomes of 177Lu-PSMA-617 following sipuleucel-T treatment in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) using the PRECISION data platform. This retrospective observational study evaluated patients who had previously received sipuleucel-T, a population lacking prior effectiveness data. The median progression-free survival observed was comparable to results from the VISION trial (NCT03511664) and PSMAfore trial (NCT04689828), suggesting lutetium-177-PSMA-617 can be effectively sequenced after sipuleucel-T in appropriate patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. This interview took place at the 2026 ASCO GU Cancers Symposium in San Francisco, CA.
