WCLC 2024 | Enhancing ICI outcomes of patients with NSCLC from underserved communities
Brian Henick, MD, Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center, New York, NY, gives an overview of a Phase IV study (NCT05812274) assessing ApricityCARE, a virtual first-response clinical support program, for patients from underserved minority communities with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). The service will aim to effectively manage immune related adverse events patients may have, and reduce disparities in these groups of patients. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
