Krankenhaus “”Bethesda”” Klinik, Mönchengladbach, Germany, shared insights into outcomes in intermediate genomic-risk patients with chemotherapy omission from pooled results of the WSG ADAPT and PlanB trials in HR+/HER- breast cancer. In both trials, patients achieved excellent outcomes without chemotherapy, underscoring the importance of balancing de-escalation and escalation strategies across different patient subgroups in HR+/HER2- disease. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
