Nicolas Girard, MD, PhD, Institut Curie, Paris, France, shares findings from a trial on BAY 2927088, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, for HER2-mutant NSCLC. Among 34 patients treated, a majority showed objective responses and a promising median progression-free survival was also reported. BAY 2927088 demonstrated a favorable safety profile, with common adverse events being mild diarrhea and rash. The study supports further development of BAY 2927088 in patients with HER2-mutant NSCLC. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
