Primary endpoints include confirming the recommended Phase II dose and comparing safety and efficacy of the combination therapy versus GN alone. Secondary outcomes include progression-free survival, response rates, and quality of life metrics. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
