Yevgeniy Semenov, MD, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, introduces a set of recently published guidelines on the diagnosis of the most common immunotherapy-associated skin toxicities for dermatologists and non-dermatologists. Diagnosis may depend on several factors such as resemblance with classic morphology of known complications, the timing of cutaneous eruptions relative to the start of immunotherapy, whether patients are taking other medications and whether they have previously been diagnosed with a pre-existing skin condition. This interview took place at The European Congress on Dermato-Oncology 2024 in Vienna, Austria.
