Kanwal Pratap Singh Raghav, MBBS, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, outlines novel studies using ABBV-400, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting MET, in a second-line setting for colorectal cancer. Following promising results from a proof-of-concept study in refractory patients, this trial (NCT06107413) investigates ABBV-400 in combination with VEGF inhibitors and 5-FU. The study aims to establish safety, dosing schedules, and efficacy compared to standard-of-care bevacizumab plus FOLFIRI. This interview took place at the ASCO GI Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
