Javier Martin-Broto, MD, PhD, Fundación Jimenez Diaz University Hospital, Madrid, Spain, discusses breakthrough results from combining chemotherapy with immunotherapy for sarcoma patients. Results from the ImmunoSarc2 trial support continued exploration of chemoimmunotherapy approaches, particularly those targeting immunogenic cell death mechanisms. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
