Ari Rosenberg, MD, of the University of Chicago, discusses findings from the TARGET-HPV trial (NCT05108870) evaluating neoadjuvant HPV16-specific viral immunotherapy (HB200) plus chemotherapy with response-adapted de-escalation in HPV16-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Dr Rosenberg highlights high rates of deep tumor response, circulating tumor HPV-DNA (ctHPV-DNA) dynamics, and emerging immune correlates associated with treatment response.
