Domenica Lorusso, MD, PhD, Fondazione IRCCS National Cancer Institute of Milan, Milan, Italy, discusses the upcoming challenge of selecting between antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for endometrial cancer, each targeting different biomarkers. Dr Lorusso emphasizes the importance of considering the expression of the biomarker, the magnitude of benefit associated with each ADC, and the distinct toxicity profiles of the drugs to inform clinical decision-making. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress in Madrid, Spain.
