Cynthia Villarreal-Garza, MD, DSc, Mexican National Cancer Institute & Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, talks on the importance of improving access to endocrine therapies for patients with breast cancer living in Mexico, where access restrictions prevent patients from receiving the best quality of cancer care, including the use of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists. This interview took place during the 17th St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference.
