WCLC 2024 | MARIPOSA: follow-up of lazertinib with amivantamab or osimertinib in EGFR-m NSCLC

Alexander Spira, MD, PhD, Virginia Cancer Specialist, Fairfax, VA, provides updates from the Phase III MARIPOSA study (NCT04487080), which assessed first-line lazertinib with amivantamab or osimertinib in patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. Patients receiving lazertinib with amivantamab continue to have improved long-term survival and is well tolerated. Infusion-related reactions is additionally addressed in the PALOMA-3 trial (NCT05388669), where subcutaneous amivantamab is given to patients. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
