Jason Willis, MD, PhD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, highlights the importance of patient community engagement and advocacy in the rapid enrollment and completion of a Lynch Syndrome prevention trial. This collaborative effort aims to address the geographical barrier to access to trials, and the trial’s design is seen as a promising model for future Lynch Syndrome prevention studies.
