NCRI 2018 | Harm reduction products for cigarette smokers

The majority of deaths from lung cancer can be accounted for by cigarette smoking. Lion Shahab, MSc, PhD, CPsychol, AFBPsS, PGCLTHE, from University College London, London, UK, speaks at the 2018 National Cancer Research Institute (NCRI) Cancer Conference, held in Glasgow, UK, on various harm reduction products as alternatives to cigarette smoking. Dr Shahab makes mention of a study his group worked on, which compared continuous cigarette smoking with the use of electronic cigarettes and heat not burn devices.
