Dr Menon highlights that the addition of low-dose pembrolizumab to chemotherapy significantly improved overall survival (OS), with a median OS of 13.4-13.5 months compared to 10.47 months with chemotherapy alone, resulting in a 12.9% absolute benefit at one year. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
