ASCO 2026 | SWOG S2107: encorafenib, cetuximab ± nivolumab in MSS BRAF V600E mCRC

Filippo Pietrantonio, MD, Fonzdazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Milan, Italy, discusses outcomes from the Phase II SWOG S2107 (NCT05308446) of encorafenib and cetuximab with or without nivolumab in patients with previously treated microsatellite stable (MSS), BRAF V600E metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The addition of nivolumab did not improve survival outcomes over encorafenib and cetuximab alone. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
