ELCC 2025 | Barriers to clinical utilization of ADCs for lung cancer

Giannis Mountzios, MD, Henry Dunant Hospital, Athens, Greece, comments on the challenges of implementing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for lung cancer in the clinic. There is a need to address brain metastases in patients with actionable genomic alterations and to optimize the target of ADCs to improve delivery of the payload. It is also important of developing better methodologies to enhance sensitivity and specificity of biomarkers. This interview took place at the European Lung Cancer Congress (ELCC) 2025 in Paris, France.
