ASCO 2026 | The use of lorlatinib in ALK-positive NSCLC

Tony Mok, MD, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, discusses the 7-year follow-up data from the CROWN trial (NCT03052608) of lorlatinib in ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the context of the ALEX trial (NCT02075840) comparing alectinib with crizotinib in a similar patient population. Prof. Mok also shares insights into how this data can inform clinical decisions, highlighting the unique toxicities of lorlatinib.
