WCLC 2025 | CHRYSALIS-2: MET IHC as a biomarker for amivantamab-lazertinib in NSCLC

Benjamin Besse, MD, PhD, Institut Gustave Roussy, Villejuif, France, discusses findings from cohorts E and F of the CHRYSALIS-2 trial (NCT04077463), which evaluated MET immunohistochemistry (IHC) as a predictive biomarker for amivantamab and lazertinib or amivantamab monotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after progression on osimertinib. While response rates and progression-free survival were numerically higher in MET-positive groups, prespecified validation thresholds were not achieved. The analysis highlights that amivantamab, alone or in combination, remains active in this setting. This interview took place at 2025 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in Barcelona, Spain.
